The following ticket sales policy was announced in advance on the ticket reservation page.
During the 3-DAY PASS presale, only Floor, R, and S seats will be available for purchase. A seats and Restricted View seats will not be available as part of the 3-DAY PASS.
During the 1-DAY TICKET presale, tickets will be available only for any remaining seats after the 3-DAY PASS sales have concluded.
Please note that Floor seats are exclusively available through the 3-DAY PASS and cannot be purchased with a 1-DAY TICKET.
캐리어 보관소는 한얼광장에 설치되어 있으며, 일반 짐은 보관이 불가하며 캐리어 혹은 반입 불가한 사이즈의 짐만 보관이 가능합니다.
A luggage storage area will be available at Haneul Plaza. Please note that general bags or personal belongings cannot be stored. Only suitcases or items that exceed the venue's permitted size for entry may be checked into the luggage storage.
3-DAY PASS는 7월 13일(월) 00:00 이후 환불 및 변경이 불가하며, 1-DAY TICKET은 관람일 3일 전 23시 59분까지 환불 및 취소가 가능합니다.

Cancellation or refund is not possible on the day of viewing.
3-DAY PASS cannot be refunded or changed after 00:00 on Monday, July 13, and 1-DAY TICKET can be refunded or canceled until 23:59 three days before the viewing date.

본인 확인이 완료된 분실물은 착불로 수령할 수 있으며, 확인되지 않은 분실물은 행사 종료 1주일 후 모두 폐기 처분될 예정이오니 반드시 기한 내 문의해 주시기 바랍니다.
행사 주최·주관사는 본인 부주의로 인한 분실 및 도난에 대해 책임지지 않으며, 보관이 어렵거나 변질 우려가 있는 물품은 사전 안내 없이 발견 당일 폐기 처분될 수 있습니다.
The Lost & Found will be operated at the Ticket Booth.
Any lost items found during the event may be claimed at the Ticket Booth until the event concludes.
For inquiries regarding lost items after the event, please contact t1homegroundcs@t1.gg within one week after the event.
Once ownership has been verified, lost items can be returned via cash-on-delivery (COD) shipping. Any unclaimed items will be disposed of one week after the event, so please make sure to contact us within the designated period.
Please note that the event organizer is not responsible for any loss or theft resulting from personal negligence. In addition, items that cannot be safely stored or are perishable may be disposed of on the day they are found without prior notice.
