A luggage storage area will be available at Haneul Plaza. Please note that general bags or personal belongings cannot be stored. Only suitcases or items that exceed the venue's permitted size for entry may be checked into the luggage storage.

Once ownership has been verified, lost items can be returned via cash-on-delivery (COD) shipping. Any unclaimed items will be disposed of one week after the event, so please make sure to contact us within the designated period.
Please note that the event organizer is not responsible for any loss or theft resulting from personal negligence. In addition, items that cannot be safely stored or are perishable may be disposed of on the day they are found without prior notice.

Parking is available at the Olympic Park Parking Lot (paid upon exit).
Standard Vehicles: KRW 600 per 10 minutes (Maximum KRW 20,000 per day)
Large Vehicles: KRW 1,200 per 10 minutes (Maximum KRW 24,000 per day) Applicable to vehicles with 24 or more seats or weighing 2.5 tons or more.
※ 50% parking discount is available for compact cars, vehicles displaying a disability parking permit, low-emission vehicles, national veterans, eco-friendly vehicles, and other eligible veterans, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Please note that parking fees and operating policies are subject to change in accordance with Olympic Park regulations.
Due to the large number of visitors expected on the event day, the parking lot may become congested and access may be restricted if it reaches full capacity. We strongly recommend using public transportation.
Please also note that refunds will not be provided for failure to attend due to traffic conditions, parking difficulties, or other personal circumstances.
